All sales from First Served are considered final once they are placed. In an effort to minimize pollution caused from shipping or waste of product that is unable to be resold, we do not provide returns or exchanges for anything that is not damaged, lost, or otherwise incomplete.

However, we do want to ensure that you have a positive and pleasant experience with our services and products. We take our orders seriously and want to make sure that you receive everything you purchase from us quickly and in great condition.
